I can’t understand. It haven’t got a lot details, but it is still cool and… perfect! 5
The perfection makes the building (which isn’t, in itself, really attractive because of the low number of details) a piece to keep on looking at! And if you’ve played GTA, you know there’s nothing to add.

it wouldve look a lil cooler if you added some gta: vc characters and some classic pedestrians… (cuban, haitian, biker gangsters, white dress lady, brown uniform cops..)
